Train within your limits
Strength training carries inherent risk. Loads, sets, and reps generated from your 1RM or session history are recommendations based on the data you provide — they are not guarantees of safety or performance. You are responsible for assessing whether a given exercise, weight, or volume is appropriate on a given day. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms.
Use proper technique and equipment
Demonstration videos and cues are intended as references, not as certifications of correct form for any individual. Use spotters and safety equipment (collars, racks with safety arms, etc.) where appropriate. Inspect equipment before use and follow the safety rules of the facility where you train.
No guarantee of results
Individual results vary based on genetics, nutrition, sleep, training history, and many other factors outside the Service's control. We make no promises about strength gains, weight loss, performance improvements, or competition outcomes.
